Biting Performance was founded in 2017 from two brothers’ passion for motorcycles.
After years of experience in their family’s mechanical workshop, Mario and Roberto Busa decided to establish Biting Performance, a brand specialised in the production of high-quality brake systems.
Located in Mariano Comense (CO), Italy, we proudly export Italian manufacturing excellence around the world, bringing top-quality components to roads and racetracks. Every brake system is created within our facility: we select the materials, verify their quality, cut them, process them and shape them using CNC machines and 5-axis machining centres.
The commissioned part is designed and engineered using CAD/CAM. It then takes shape, reaching tight tolerances that make it extremely reliable. Finally, it enters our inspection room, where every detail is meticulously checked. Only after passing all inspections do we entrust it to the final treatments, such as anodising, which enhance its aesthetics, resistance and durability.
Biting Performance is not just production: it is continuous research, rider feedback and innovation driven by passion. The care we devote to every single design and production phase allows us to refine solutions that enhance our customers’ riding experience. Behind the finished product are people who believe in the quality of their work and who share a passion for the world of two wheels.

Our Achievements
Over the years, the quality of our products has also been confirmed by numerous teams that have brought Biting Performance onto prestigious podiums on the international stage. We are technical partners of several teams competing in Supermoto championships.
In 2021, we achieved our first major milestones: Team MTR KTM won the Spanish Championship, while Team FRT 2 claimed both the Italian and European Championships.
In 2022 and 2023, our partnership with Team L30 led us to the top of the S1GP World Championship, while in the same 2023 another European victory came with Team MTR KTM.
In 2022, we achieved our first overseas result thanks to Team MTR KTM in the American AMA Championship.
In 2024, we won the S1 World Championship with Team L30, and the S4 International Championship with Team Gazza Racing.
In 2025, our most recent victories came with Team MTR claiming the S4 European Championship and Team TSV Racing the S4 International Championship.
Also among the partnerships that make us proudest is the one with former MotoGP rider Vittoriano Guareschi, with whom we achieved victory in the Trofei Guzzi.
These results represent concrete proof for us of the value of our products and the trust that teams place in our work.
